We will always make every effort to deliver your order in time, and in good condition. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
Shipping Location: We deliver merchandise to over 3500 privileged customer locations in India at present. Before you place your order/s, requesting everyone to please ensure that we do deliver in your area.
Shipping Address: One order is currently placed only for single shipping (delivery) address.
It takes up to 2-3 working days to create items (processing time) for you that are personalized or made-to-order to your specific requirements
Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days AFTER the processing time depending upon product ordered and delivery location in the order. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
However, depending upon various factors might take about 7 to 10 working days for some items/orders to be delivered. Realizing the importance of each order any delay will be dully notified to you by SMS/an email/a call on your correspondence details given while placing the order.
Shipping Cancellation: In most unlikely event that we are not able to delivery your order even after 20 days of the placed order, we shall take your consent for a later delivery date or cancel the order. We shall send you a SMS/email/call you, informing you about the delay and take the corrective path conducive to you. In such incidences, the payment made by you for the placed order shall be refunded; in the same manner you have made the payment.
Shipping Days: We delivery on all working days i.e. Monday to Friday. However weekends and national/public holidays are off for us too.
Shipping Services: For you to receive the merchandise in the best condition and in the fastest time span, we have tied up with reputed courier service providers.
Shipping Conditions: The size, the price and other characteristics of the merchandise placed in the order will determine whether all the items will be shipped together or separately. However, you will be informed about this well in advance before the delivery date.
Shipping Charges: A nominal shipping charge will be applicable on all merchandise of EVERYONE. You may kindly note that shipping charge is different from on-line payment modes and Cash on Delivery (CoD) convenience charge. The shipping charge per order may wary from place to place. The CoD convenience charge and shipping charge are non-refundable charges which do not come under the refund value of your order.
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered, the website adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product.
Tempered Packaging: If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
