Cancellation & Refund Policy

We at everyone.desi make personalized products/gifts giving easy and fast for every occasion to your dear and loved one. Our buyers select only the highest quality gifts, which are then customized just for you! We inspect every item again for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special.

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully.

Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into development process. 

Cancellation Policy:

In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we sent your order for development process within twelve hours of placing the order. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order. The refund will be initiated in the form of voucher that will be emailed to you immediately. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below listed terms and conditions:

  • If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order. You are requested to immediately call us at +91124 4289988 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made immediately followed by email to customercare@everyone.desi informing the same. If you cancel your order before your being processed, we will refund the entire amount.

  • In case the payment for the order is not received; we will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.

  • We also reserve the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.

  • In the event of detecting any suspicious/ fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel pending and future orders without any liability. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.


Return Policy

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call us at at +91124 4289988 and email us at customercare@everyone.desi mentioning your Order number. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.



We will accept return/exchange of the order/item(s) purchased, only if you received the product where you found defects with the product, it will be eligible for replacement subjected to the terms and conditions mentioned below.


  • Information regarding the return of the order/item should be intimated to EVERYONE Retails within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The order/item(s) should be returned* to us within 15 days from the day it has been delivered to you.

  • The order/item(s) should be in the condition where it is unused and in original condition with all tags/stickers/warranties/guarantees dully attached along.

  • Merchandise damaged/used/manhandled will not be accepted back for returns/exchanges/refunds.

  • All free gifts/coupons attached to the merchandise being returned should also be dully returned.

  • Exchange of customized order/item(s) will only be exchanged in condition.

  • All order/item(s) should be shipped back to the mentioned below address:

Exchanges:

  • If you do wish to exchange the merchandise before for development process for customized order/s, dully inform us about it on our contact details with 12 hours of placing the order.

  • The exchange will be confirmed by us for assurance.

  • You can either avail to buy another merchandise of the same price or higher price with extra payment.

  • You can opt to keep the amount with us an advance payment, to be used later according to your order placed.

  • Or you can wish to avail a full refund of the payment made by you.

  • The exchange can be availed on full order or partially on an item, as you wish. However, customized order/s will require a status checking.



Refund Policy:


Refunds will only be initiated once the order/item(s) will be shipped back at our address in the conditions liable for return/refund. The process for refund will take around 30-45 days. A confirmation will be sent across to you regarding the receival of the returned order/item(s) by us and the initiation of refund process. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received  


The refund will be in the form of a cheque in case of Cash on Delivery orders and an electronic refund if the customer has paid through his/her credit or debit card.

Refund policy will be liable in conditions mentioned below:

  • If you within 12 hours of placing the order inform us about your cancellation at at +91124 4289988

  • along with your order number for any cancellations to be made immediately followed by email to customercare@everyone.desi informing the same

  • If you feel that the merchandise is not up to your expectations and doesn’t look as shown on the website. After the order/item(s) is received-back by us the process of refund will be initiated.

  • However, customized order/item(s) will be only refunded if you have received them damaged or not as per the details placed while ordering it. This is to be however informed to us on the delivery day or within 3 days of receiving the order/item(s).

  • If there are any issues to the quality of the merchandise.

  • Shipping charges, COD charges, and taxes will not be refunded in any case for any order/item(s). Only the full merchandise price will be refunded in all conditions.

  • If there are any fluctuation in the price of the merchandise, where it has been charged more will be refunded.

  • Please inform us immediately about the merchandise’s unwanted condition, tampered packaging and or damaged state to us at customercare@everyone.desi or call us at +91124 4289988

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Shipment address/phone no. being incorrect.

  • Non receive of the shipment even after 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier partners.

  • The shipment being refused by the recipient.

  • Merchandise being returned after usage or in damaged condition. (Which was not in damaged condition when delivered)

  • When there are slight differences between the merchandise as seen on the web site and the one sent to you. However, you should be aware that there will be variation/s in the merchandise as they are specially made to order for you.
